Capricorn Buys Into Metallkraft

A fund managed by Capricorn Venture Partners NV has purchased 500,000 shares, an investment of NOK 33 million (EUR 3.5 mill), in Metallkraft AS, representing an over-subscription of the recent share issue in the company. Capricorn is a Belgium-based independent pan-European manager of venture capital funds that invest in innovative European companies with technology as competitive advantage.
