Investinor Invests in Metallkraft

Under the on-going share expansion programme the Norwegian investment fund Investinor has bought new Metallkraft shares for NOK 66 mill (EUR 7.5 mill) giving them an ownership share of 7 % in the company. At the same time it is announced that Investment Director Helle Moen joins the Metallkraft Board of Directors.
